The Shoreway Environmental Center is open to the public. Our friendly staff is on hand to direct you to the right area within the facility and can assist you with any questions you may have.
The “Transfer Station” is the place to bring construction & demolition materials, yard trimmings, appliances, tires, scrap metal mattresses and trash. Once you drop your materials off, our team ensures they are properly recycled or disposed.
The “Public Recycling Center” is where you can drop off a wide variety of materials (see Public Recycling Center for a comprehensive list of acceptable items). Materials collected here are sent to various businesses for further processing.
